Bedrocan biedt artsen, onderzoekers en wetenschappers een online platform om hun informatie en bevindingen over medicinale cannabis met een breder publiek te delen. In een reeks informatieve webinars van elk een half uur gaat moderator Ole Heil van Bedrocan in gesprek met allerlei experts. Recente onderzoeken, ervaringen van artsen en pati\u00ebnten en de effecten van medicinale cannabis worden besproken onder de titel\u00a0Bedrocan Series<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Renger Witkamp<\/h2>\n

De Bedrocan Series begon met Renger Witkamp, \u200b\u200bhoogleraar Voedingsbiologie aan de Nederlandse Wageningen University & Research en voorzitter van het Instituut voor Medicinale Cannabis Nederland. Renger is sinds 2005 betrokken bij cannabisonderzoek en de werking van het endocannabino\u00efdesysteem, maar doet al 20 jaar onderzoek in dit veld. Matthijs Bossong<\/h2>\n

Onze tweede gast Matthijs Bossong, neurowetenschapper aan het UMC Utrecht vertelt over het effect van medicinale cannabis op ons brein. Onze derde gast en expert op het gebied van de behandeling van pati\u00ebnten met medicinale cannabis was Monique van Velzen. Van Velzen is onderzoek manager, universitair docent en supervisor van de medische onderzoeksafdeling anesthesiologie van het LUMC in Leiden. Perry Davidson<\/h2>\n

Na Monique volgde onze eerste internationale gast Perry Davidson, CEO van Syqe Medical<\/a>. Syqe ontwikkelde het eerste medische systeem voor het afleveren van een exacte dosis medicinale cannabis.
