Bedrocan levert al jaren via het Nederlandse overheidsagentschap BMC medicinale cannabis aan Duitse pati\u00ebnten. Wij krijgen de laatste tijd veelvuldig de vraag: \u2018Gaan jullie straks ook leveren voor de Duitse recreatieve gebruiker?\u2019 Dat is een heel begrijpelijke vraag. Het antwoord is echter simpel: Nee.<\/p>\n<p class=\"NormalText\">Bedrocan levert geen cannabis voor recreatief gebruik. Dat doen we nergens ter wereld, ook niet in Nederland, en straks dus ook niet in Duitsland.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1700661500539{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]\n<h2 class=\"NormalText\">Waarom wil Bedrocan zich niet op de recreatieve markt begeven?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"NormalText\">Bedrocan gelooft in een strikte scheiding van <a href=\"https:\/\/bedrocan.com\/nl\/zorgverleners\/medicinale-cannabis\/\">medicinale cannabis<\/a> en cannabis voor recreatief gebruik. Wij zetten ons in om een farmaceutisch product te leveren dat op doktersvoorschrift beschikbaar is voor pati\u00ebnten die daar baat bij hebben. Wij willen ons honderd procent op deze opdracht focussen. Dat betekent tegelijkertijd dat we nul procent van de tijd bezig kunnen en willen zijn met cannabis voor recreatief gebruik.<\/p>\n<p class=\"NormalText\">In andere landen hebben we (helaas) gezien dat pati\u00ebnten die medicinale cannabis gebruiken de dupe werden van legalisering van recreatief gebruik. Niet zozeer door de legalisering an sich, maar wel door het feit dat producenten zich lieten verleiden om zich op deze markt te storten. De kwaliteitseisen zijn lager, de regels makkelijker, controles minder streng en opbrengsten (hoopten ze) hoger. Resultaat: medicinale cannabis kreeg minder (of geen) aandacht en pati\u00ebnten zaten zonder product. Dat willen wij koste wat kost voorkomen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"NormalText\">Bovendien is het zo dat er wel degelijk nadelige gevolgen aan het gebruik van cannabis kunnen zitten. Daarom willen wij dat onze producten alleen beschikbaar zijn voor pati\u00ebnten die het op doktersvoorschrift en onder begeleiding van een apotheker gebruiken. Ook onze jarenlange kennis en ervaring op gebied van teelt van cannabis willen we alleen voor dit doel inzetten.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"NormalText\">Worden jullie benaderd door bedrijven of gebruikers die graag met Bedrocan zouden willen samenwerken richting de recreatieve markt?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"NormalText\">Jazeker, heel vaak zelfs. Het antwoord is en blijft altijd \u2018nee.\u2019<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"NormalText\">Is dat niet raar?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"NormalText\">In eerste instantie klinkt dat misschien raar. Maar verander het middel en de spelers eens. Stel dat de overheid XTC-pillen zou legaliseren. Zou een farmaceutisch bedrijf dat nu antidepressiva of reuma-medicijnen maakt daar dan opduiken? Nee, natuurlijk niet. Ze zouden er verre van blijven. Datzelfde geldt voor ons. Medicinale cannabis en cannabis voor recreatief gebruik zijn twee verschillende producten met een totaal verschillende doelgroep. Die moet je niet door elkaar willen halen.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"NormalText\">Blijven jullie wel leveren aan pati\u00ebnten?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"NormalText\">Het huidige bevoorradingssysteem via het Nederlandse overheidsbureau <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cannabisbureau.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BMC<\/a> blijft onveranderd.
