Bedrocan ondersteunt het onderzoek financieel, samen met Nordic Cannabis Research, een onderzoekstak van CannGros, de Deense distributeur van Bedrocan-producten. De onderzoekers analyseren retrospectieve gegevens van 415 Deense pijnpati\u00ebnten die onder behandeling waren bij de pijnkliniek <a href=\"https:\/\/www.horstedinstitute.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Clinic Horsted<\/a>.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1605023446568{padding-right: 15px !important;padding-left: 15px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][mk_padding_divider][vc_single_image image=&#8221;43991&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; add_caption=&#8221;yes&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1700660819090{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]\n<h2>Solide klinische data<\/h2>\n<p>Volgens Dr Mikael Kowal, onderzoeksco\u00f6rdinator bij Bedrocan, betreft het een unieke observationele studie: \u201cHet gebeurt niet vaak dat onderzoekers toegang hebben tot zeer solide klinische data over moeilijk te behandelen chronische pijnpati\u00ebnten.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Doel van de studie is om de werking en verdraagzaamheid van medicinale cannabis te beoordelen bij pati\u00ebnten met chronische pijn, die niet adequaat reageren op conventionele medicatie. Er wordt onder meer gekeken of na de start met medicinale cannabis als toevoeging op standaard pijnmedicatie minder bijwerkingen zijn opgetreden.<\/p>\n<p>De kennis over de werkzaamheid en verdraagbaarheid van cannabino\u00efden, de werkzame stoffen in cannabis, voor medicinale behandeling is tot nu toe beperkt.<\/p>\n<p>De onderzoekers hopen met dit onderzoek naar pijn bewijs te vinden dat cannabis als aanvullende therapie ingezet kan worden met als doel de pijn op een significante manier te verminderen en als resultaat de kwaliteit van leven van de pati\u00ebnten te verbeteren.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][mk_padding_divider][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1611839953918{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]\n<p class=\"NormalText\">Tijdens dit onderzoek naar pijn gaat de aandacht voor al uit naar pati\u00ebnten die tijdens de poliklinische behandeling de <a href=\"https:\/\/bedrocan.com\/nl\/cannabis-producten\/\">medicinale cannabisproducten<\/a> Bediol (THC 6.3% | CBD 8%) en Bedrocan (THC 22% | \u00a0CBD &lt;1.0%) voorgeschreven hebben gekregen. Het betreft pati\u00ebnten met refractaire neuropathische pijn, spasticiteit als gevolg van multiple sclerose of ruggenmergletsel.
