You have the right to request that Bedrocan correct any information you believe is incorrect. You also have the right to request Bedrocan to complete information you believe to be incomplete.

You have the right to request Bedrocan to erase your personal data.

You have the right to request Bedrocan to restrict the processing of your personal data. If one of the following conditions applies, you may exercise the right to restrict processing:

  • The right to object has been exercised, and processing is restricted pending a decision on the status of the processing.

You have the right to object to Bedrocan’s processing of your personal data where:

  • Processing is for the purposes of scientific or historic research.

You have the right to request Bedrocan to transfer the data we have collected to another organisation or directly to you.
